2010-2011 Continuation and Transitions of TeacherMate Initiatives
During this "Post-Grant" phase, participating campuses will be using experience gained to regroup, reorganize, and/or redistribute devices to maximize use and meet campus defined needs.

The goal will be to utilize the TeacherMate devices as one of our tools to help students acquire, reinforce, and master Math and Reading skills. Some of the strategies we plan on using to help the students get the most out of having these devices available are:
- participating classrooms will not be asked to share devices with another classroom
- enough devices will be assigned to each participating classroom so that no more than two students will have to share each device
- at least one extra device will be assigned to each participating classroom as an immediate replacement for any device that has issues
- a bank of TeacherMates will be housed at the district level in order to maintain the desired number of classroom devices on every participating campus.
